Step 1 - Setting up a bridge

In Multico Utilities click the Tools Menu and choose the Integration Setup. Scroll down to the company in the list that you want to bridge (export) to, highlight the company and click the Active check box.

Step 2 – Exporting a file

Make sure Phoenix is selected under Options, Companies to Rate.  To export a quote, open or start a quote and then rate the quote and choose the company from the results list.  Click File, Export, Export To (highlight the company) and click “OK”.  The information will automatically export the information to the company that you have currently selected.
